Privacy Policy

Fillnex is a browser extension. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do.

1. Data We Collect

Fillnex stores all profile data locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage API. We do not transmit your personal information to any server.

The following data is stored locally:

Profile information you enter (name, email, address, etc.)
Trainer rules you configure per domain
Macro recordings you create
Fill history logs
Extension preferences and settings

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what we never do:

We do not send your profile data to any remote server
We do not track which websites you visit
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties
We do not store any data outside your own browser
We do not use analytics or tracking pixels

3. OpenAI Integration (Optional)

If you choose to use the AI text generation feature, your OpenAI API key is stored locally in your browser. When generating text, a request is sent directly from your browser to the OpenAI API. We do not proxy or log these requests. OpenAI's own privacy policy applies to data sent to their API.

4. Proxy Configuration (Agency Plan)

Proxy credentials you configure are stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your proxy credentials or your traffic routed through them.

5. License Verification

For paid plans, we verify your license key against our server to activate Pro or Agency features. This verification only transmits your license key — no profile data or browsing activity is included.

6. Data Export & Deletion

You have full control over your data:

Export all profiles at any time from Options → Profiles → Export JSON
Export fill history from Options → History → Export CSV
Delete all data by uninstalling the extension or using Options → Clear All Data

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Fillnex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
