1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fillnex browser extension and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fillnex is a browser extension that automatically fills web forms using profile data you provide. The Service includes features such as multi-profile management, AI text generation, macro recording, proxy support, and fill history tracking.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Fillnex to:

• Fill web forms with your own personal or business information
• Create and manage multiple profiles for legitimate purposes
• Automate repetitive data entry tasks for websites you are authorized to use
• Use on behalf of clients as part of a legitimate agency or freelance service

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Fillnex to:

• Create fraudulent accounts or submit false information
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party website
• Conduct spam campaigns or unsolicited outreach at scale
• Circumvent security measures of any website or service
• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals

5. Subscription, Trial and Billing

Fillnex offers paid subscription plans (Pro at $15/month and Agency at $49/month). Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After 7 days, billing begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

A valid payment method is required to start a trial. The free trial is limited to one per person, per payment method, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in immediate cancellation of the trial without notice.

You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months after the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Affiliate Program

Fillnex operates an affiliate program that allows active subscribers to earn a 20% recurring commission on payments made by users they refer. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have an active Fillnex subscription to participate
• Commissions are earned only on genuine, non-refunded payments by referred users
• Self-referrals (referring yourself using another account) are strictly prohibited
• Commissions are paid at our discretion, typically monthly, via a method agreed upon with the affiliate
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from fraudulent activity
• We may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time with 30 days' notice

Affiliates are responsible for declaring any commission income in accordance with the tax laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. License

Subject to these Terms, Fillnex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for your personal or business use. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the extension.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fillnex name, logo, and all extension code are the intellectual property of Fillnex. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the extension without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Fillnex will work on all websites, that it will be error-free, or that it will be available at all times. Website structures change frequently and may affect compatibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fillnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, account suspensions, or violations of third-party terms of service resulting from your use of the extension.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
